A: Yes, we focus on young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 35, but exceptional candidates outside this age range may be considered.
Q3: What sectors does Bnuel Initiative support? +
A: Bnuel Initiative supports various sectors, including Agriculture & Agribusiness, Technology, Health & Wellness, Cybersecurity, Real Estate, E-commerce, and many more. We encourage innovation in these fields, but other sectors are considered based on the merit of the business idea.
Q4: Can I propose a business outside the listed sectors? +
A: Yes, as long as the business idea demonstrates significant potential and aligns with our values, you may propose businesses outside our core sectors.
Q5: How do I apply to become a CEO? +
A: Every August, Bnuel Initiative releases a call for business proposals. You must submit your proposal through our website,= after which we audit submissions, conduct interviews, and select the top five candidates.
Q6: What is the selection process like? +
A: After submission, proposals go through a rigorous audit process by our business experts. Candidates will be interviewed, and the top five proposals will be selected to move forward.
Q7: What are my responsibilities as a CEO? +
A: As a CEO, you will manage your business, using the resources and blueprint provided by Bnuel Initiative. You are responsible for driving growth and reaching performance targets set for the business within 12 months.
Q8: What financial benefits do CEOs receive? +
A: During the first 12 months, CEOs will earn 30% of the business profits. This percentage increases to 35% in the second year, 40% in the third, and 60% after five years, assuming consistent success.
Q9: What kind of training does Bnuel Initiative provide? +
A: CEOs receive intensive training in areas such as Financial Responsibility, Leadership, Business Strategies, Critical Thinking, and Marketing. This training is designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in your business.
Q10: Will I receive mentorship during the program? +
A: Yes, Bnuel Initiative provides continuous mentorship from experienced professionals throughout the program.
Q11: How long is the CEO program? +
A: The CEO program is a multi-year initiative, with a review every 12 months. If you meet performance targets each year, you will continue in your role. After three years, you can become a permanent member of the Bnuel Board of Executives.
Q12: What happens if I don't meet my targets? +
A: If you don't meet the targets set for your business after 12 months, you may not continue in your role. However, you will receive feedback and have the opportunity to improve before your final evaluation.
Q13: Who owns the businesses under the Bnuel Initiative? +
A: All businesses remain the property of Bnuel Initiative. However, as a CEO, you will receive a percentage of the profits and manage the operations independently within set guidelines.
Q14: Can I recommend a successor upon retirement? +
A: Yes, upon reaching retirement, you have the right to recommend a successor. However, the recommendation must be approved by the Bnuel Board of Directors.
Q15: What happens if a CEO engages in misconduct? +
A: Any CEO found guilty of misconduct will be disciplined by the highest governing body of the Bnuel Initiative. This could result in sanctions, economic penalties, or expulsion from the initiative.
